Yon is a senior at Edmonds Woodway High School where he is the captain of the cross country team.  During his junior year, Yon was the Wesco District XC Champion and went on to place 11th at state. This past xc season he was the Wesco South League Champion where he broke Jeff Helmer's course record.  The following week he repeated as the district champion while tying Jeff's district record.  Yon looks forward to running at Arizona State University next fall and trying to break Shelby's 5k PR.  Yon loves chicken and girls.
