Shelby has been involved with running for over 20 years as a competitor, coach and on the retail side. Along with his numerous marathon and Ironman finishes, he is the head coach for Team in Training and has a degree in Exercise Physiology. | |

Yon is a senior at Edmonds Woodway High School where he is the captain of the cross country team. During his junior year, Yon was the Wesco District XC Champion and went on to place 11th at state. | |

Jeff was a state champion in the 3,200 meters and cross country. He held the league and district records in the 1,600, 3,200 and cross country-- as well as the All-Time Washington State record for Sophomores in the 3,000 meter. | |
| Logan, an Everett High School alumni, helped lead Everett to their first state track title in over 20 years... Logan is currently running at the University of Washington. | ||

Stephanie Houck will be a senior at Jackson High School. She will be participating in Cross Country, as well as Track. |
