Jeff attended Everett High School where he was a state champion in the 3,200 meters and cross country.  He held the league and district records in the 1,600, 3,200 and cross country-- as well as the All-Time Washington State record  for Sophomores in the 3,000 meter. In addition, Jeff qualified for the Footlocker National Cross Country Championships in 2005 representing the West team.  He is currently running at Arizona State University.
